All incoming and outgoing mail is sorted in Room 101C by Teresa Beckvold or Jeff Bowman. Mailboxes are assigned to faculty, lab coordinators, and labs. Most of the IBC mail is put into the lab box for a lab member to collect and distribute daily.
Mail arrives between 11:30am to 2:30pm each morning and takes about 15 minutes to sort. It is always available for pick-up at 3:00pm.
Out-going, on-campus mail should be put in the cardboard box marked “On-Campus.” Out-going, off-campus mail should be placed in the slot for the individual lab for barcoding. It is a university policy NOT to pick up private mail that has a stamp on it; please mail these letters in a mailbox on campus.
