IBC has a telecommunications system that allows its users to connect to the WSU server. Users must have a Network ID and must be an employee, student or “friend” of WSU.
Once you are in the WSU Payroll System, you will be able to create your own Network ID and password. Enter your WSU ID number and follow the steps.
